We provide corporate and litigation experience in the area of bankruptcy and insolvency for both debtors and creditors. If your company is evaluating its options for restructuring or intends to liquidate or seek protection under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (Canada) or the Companies Creditors Arrangement Act, we can explain the effects of proceeding in any given direction.
