Fulvio M. Durante 403.750.1156 durante@dbblaw.com Fulvio Durante is a partner in the Corporate Commercial practice of Dunphy Best Blocksom LLP. Fulvio's business and estate oriented practice focuses on corporate, finance, commercial, banking, financial planning, wills and estate matters. Fulvio joined the firm in 1994. He has extensive experience in the areas of wealth management and financial planning; corporate restructuring; mergers and acquisitions; commercial transactions; and estate planning and administration. Fulvio received his law degree from the University of Alberta and a BA in Political Science from the University of Calgary. He commits himself to ongoing legal education by co-ordinating the Dunphy Best Blocksom In-House Training Program, which provides information and education on law, procedure and new developments in the legal community. He is an instructor for the Bar Admission Course and has instructed at the University of Calgary Law School. Fulvio is a member of the Dunphy Best Blocksom LLP Articling Committee and a mentor in the Canadian Bar Association's Mentor Program. Fulvio has completed his training as a collaborative lawyer and is a member of the Collaborative Estate and Trust Lawyers Society of Alberta. He is also an appointed executive member of the Wills and Trusts subsection of the Canadian Bar Association. Fulvio is a member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) with a TEP designation (Trust and Estate Practitioner). |
